Abstract or full paper should be written according to following rules:

Publication Rules

Abstract : A 150-300 words Abstract should be submitted with the first author E – mail and complete address .

Instruction for Abstract

Contribution of original works related to the subject of the conference that has not published before or solicited. Abstracts of about 150-300 words should be submitted no later than April 15, 2009 to the related conference contact person by E-mail.

The abstracts should contain the titles of authors, the authors' names and affiliations. And affiliations should include full-mailing addresses, if possible,phone and fax numbers as well as E-mail addresses of the corresponding author.

Publication

The abstract book will be published before conference and be available at the registration desk.

The accepted  will be published in the "Journal of Engineering and Technology" by conference organizers. Full papers should be submitted to the conference and refereed according to the Journal editor's requirement. Only those papers presented at the conference by one of the authors and meet the requirement of the journals will be accepted and published later.
